Concept Sketch
I work with the office of advancement to choose what building and what angle to use for the painting.
Fancher Hall is an iconic building on Houghton's campus. From a picture, I paint the building on 18"x24" Arches water color paper.
🔷 PRICING (WHOLESALE)
- Signed Print (12"x16"): $100 (Best for $5K - $10K Donors) 2% of gift and lower
- Signed Print (12"x16") - Matted and Framed: $250 (Best for $10K - $25K Donors) 2.5% of gift and lower
- Signed Print (18"x24") - Matted and Framed: $1000 (Best for $25K - $50K Donors) 4% of gift and lower
- Commissioned Original Artwork (18"x24") - Matted and Framed: $2500 (Best for $50K+ Donors) 5% of gift and lower
All shipments are sent by Rich Mitchell Creative. A flat rate of $5 per print and $15 per framed print shipment is charged to cover shipping, handling and materials. Shipments are sent via the United States Post Office.
