Elevating Donor Stewardship Through Fine Art

A strategic approach to strengthening donor relationships through meaningful, lasting
recognition.

The 3 Core Goals of Donor Stewardship

• Create meaningful recognition that reflects the donor’s impact

Why Fine Art Works

Fine art becomes a permanent part of a donor’s life. It reflects their personal connection to a place and serves as an enduring symbol of their impact. A thoughtfully commissioned piece transforms recognition from a moment into a legacy.

A Different Approach to Recognition

Fine art offers institutions a unique way to honor donors—one that is personal, lasting, and deeply meaningful.

Rich Mitchell Creative provides cost effective, logistically efficient, donor stewardship tools in the form of fine art.

Cost Effective: Fine art products create high-perceived value for donors. Each product listed in tiers 1 and 2 costs 2.7% or less of the total value of a donation. Products in the Major and Legacy donations costs 3.2% or less of the total value of a donation. Artwork provides high impact stewardship with minimal gift erosion.

Efficient: Because all products are stocked and shipped by Rich Mitchell Creative, more time can be spent doing what matters most to your institution – fostering relationships with established and prospective donors.
