Anthony's Cucina Fresca, Downingtown, PA

After a fire ravaged a Downingtown hoagie spot in 2015, chef Danilo Angelucci and his wife Katherine switched gears, taking over the old Avalon Pasta Bistro. They turned it into Anthony’s Cucina Fresca, a lively Italian trattoria featuring handmade pasta, live tunes, patio vibes, and even a tapas-style wine bar to keep things interesting.
