Estrella Tacos y Mas, which kicked off around 2018 at 202 East Lancaster Avenue in a former firehouse, served up scratch-made tortillas, brisket tacos, craft brews, and cocktails with a Tex-Mex twist in a lively, easygoing spot. After seven flavorful years, Estrella closed in April 2025.
