St. Anthony’s Lodge in Downingtown started back on November 26, 1919, when 40 Italian immigrants from Johnsontown came together to create a friendly mutual aid and social spot. Now, over a hundred years later, it’s not just a lodge—it’s a vibrant restaurant, banquet hall, swim club, and home to leagues and charitable events.
